Passionate about helping clients struggling with various mental health issues and hoping to further specialize in trauma and ASD intervention training

Primary therapeutic approach utilized is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), however, am interested in expanding awareness of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
